Return and Refund Policy
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
At Fur Central, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. All sales are final. Please ensure you double-check your order before completing your purchase.
2. Lost Packages
While we take every care to ensure your package is delivered safely, we understand that occasionally parcels may go missing in transit. If your order is lost during postage, please contact us at furcentral@gmail.com with your order details, and we will investigate the matter with the relevant courier.
In the case that your package is confirmed as lost, you will be issued store credit for the full value of the items in the order. This store credit can be used for future purchases on Fur Central.
Please note, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost packages under any circumstances.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately at furcentral@gmail.com, providing photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the case and may issue store credit or offer a replacement item, at our discretion.
